New Delhi, April 7th, 2016: A team of 3 students from IGDTUW built and launched their institute’s official mobile app with I-MADE Platform which will provide students, faculty, and staff with access to public and administrative applications including directory, syllabus, class schedule, news, academic calendar and many more.
With the help of basic platform training from I-MADE team, the students were able to develop nine (9) functionalities for their official mobile app within a period of ten (10) days.
"We are pleased to have been introduced to the I-MADE Platform" said Baanee Tyagi, one of the students from IGDTUW. She added "Building an app for android & iOS is a 2-3 month task, however with I-MADE Platform I could build the mySyllabus app within a day. What excited me most about the platform was the ease with which we could put together our own official mobile app within a week and how I could make changes and publish them direct to the devices of the users."
We are very pleased to see students creating their official mobile apps under I-MADE program. This further validates our belief that with the right tool set students can do wonders and solve their local problems themselves, said Aashutosh Bhardvaj, CEO, I-MADE Kryptos Mobile. He further added, "This also shows the immense value I-MADE platform has and will provide in the coming days to other students and institutes in future."
The IGDTUW official mobile app can be downloaded from Google Play Store.
Inaugurated on February 9th, 2016 as a 5-year program, under which 11 institutions were selected to be part of Phase I.
